All 3 and 4-year-olds in England are entitled to 570 hours of free early education or childcare a year.  This is often taken as 15 hours each week for 38 weeks of the year.  Some 2-year-olds are also eligible.  Settings with 'Good' or 'Outstanding' OFSTED results are able to take 2-year olds.  We are glad to say we can take your children.

You can start claiming after your child turns 3. The date you can claim will depend on when their birthday is.

Child’s birthday When you can claim
1 January to 31 March the beginning of term on or after 1 April
1 April to 31 August the beginning of term on or after 1 September
1 September to 31 December the beginning of term on or after 1 January

All 3- and 4-year olds are entitled to 15-hours free-entitlement.

If you are claiming some or all of these hours at another Early Years establishment, we will need to know before the Headcount day at the start of each term.  There is a form to fill in and sign, plus we need to see your child's birth certificate and a utility bill bearing your name and current address.

We provide Holiday Clubs on request, but please let us know in advance if you wish your child to attend.  Siblings are welcome in these Clubs.  Holiday clubs are not part of the entitlement.

We are open weekdays 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Paying for your booked hours:
Fees are charged at £4.50 per hour (with £2 for lunch, see above); You choose your own times and pay for the booked period your child attends as we do not run 'sessions' where you may have unused hours.

If you are early or late for pick-up you will be charged for the excess time.
Please note that if you can let us know as soon as possible if your child is unwell and unable to attend.

Please let the staff know if there is anything we can do to help you.
